Experience: 7+ years of work experience in Government Business

Job role:

• Sales for government departments relationships and get CASA Business
• Driving sales initiatives for achieving desired targets
• Forecasting and planning through analysis of market trends.
• Valuating marketing budgets periodically & ensuring adherence to planned expenses.
• Planning of target achievements by undertaking market studies, analysis, profiling entry strategies
• Sales & Business Development - Responsible for Mobilisation &GBG Book Movement from Government
• Providing direction to the team for ensuring optimum performance and enhancing their professional and soft skills. Channel Management & Distribution: Planning & delivering coverage & sales. Developing and appointing new business partners to experience.
• Overall responsibility to grow Business for the designated region and achievement of allocated targets pertaining to Corporate Acquisition,
• CASA values, Assets, Crosssell & Fee targets and product reach in the market and working in close interaction with the agencies and corporates to assist them in optimum media plans Significant Accomplishments Increased sales volumes and corresponding revenues
