We are hiring an IT Delivery Manager for Bangalore Location.

JD:

Position: IT Delivery Manager

Experience: 8 +Years

CTC: Open

Notice Period: Immediate

Interview Process: Virtual

Mandatory Skills: Strong sourcing skills & team handling skills & client engagement skills & time management skills.

Responsibilities:

Strong work experience in the end-end recruitment process.

Must have NON-IT client handling experience.

Resolve the escalation queries from the client end & team end

Maintain a strategic plan before assigning the work to the team members.

Maintain a good relationship with the clients & Team members

Maintain client Reports & new Technology adoptable.

Maintain Corporate Communication

Supervise team individual report including revenue

Good awareness on the social media platform

He will collect the requirements from the client end and distribute them to the team members.

Provide the feedback properly from the client side.

Must analyze the reports about the team member's performance on a daily & weekly monthly & quarterly & yearly basis.

Follow up with the clients properly and make the delivery as per client expectation

Must achieve the team target.
