Job Description
Review and analyze system specifications Liaise with internal teams (e.g.
developers and product managers) to identify system requirements Collaborate with QA Engineers to develop effective strategies and test plans Rigorously planning, writing and executing test scripts.
Execute test cases (automated and manual) and analyze results Create logs to document testing phases and defects Report bugs and errors to development teams Help troubleshoot issues Conduct Pre/post-release and Pre/post-implementation testing Continually update skills by learning new technologies relevant to the role.
Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools and processes.
Maps business and technical requirements into Test Cases Should have sound knowledge Web Testing and load testing.
Work Experience Ecommerce/ERP domain.
Strong working experience in C# and API automation testing.
Work Experience in Agile teams especially in Scrum teams.
Ability to document and troubleshoot errors.
Working knowledge of different test management software (e.g.
JIRA, TFS ).
Good oral and written communication.
Must have hands on experience in strategize, plan, implement quality assurance initiatives and independent testing projects execution are essential Experience in deriving the test estimates, planning, scheduling and reporting
Additonal Skills
Required: C# and API Automation Testing Good to have: New Man/Post man testing Strong Communication Qualification: B.E/B.Tech in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
