PREFER SOMEONE WHO HAVE WORKED ON CORE START UP/ PRODUCT BASED COMPANY HIRING for IT Recruiter & Non IT Recruiter.

Skills Preferred Self Starter, Aggressive, Target Driven , Professional, Excellent Communication, building. Microsoft Office proficient DESIGNATION: HR- Recruiter

Job Duties Responsible to take telephonic interviews of the candidates. Handling Full cycle End-End Recruitment Cycle process for all levels Screening and short listing the resumes based on Skills, Projects, and Educational background etc.

Taking initial interview round & scheduling Technical and Final Interviews. Negotiation with candidates about salary package Prior Experience on Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn Hiring Coordinating with the candidates and HR during Walk-In Interviews Maintaining database through references & job portals Regular follow up with candidates & clients Take Care of Office Administration and Client Accounts.

Someone who has worked on UX / UI Recruitments OR HAS WORKED IN ANY DESIGN STUDIO would be preferred.

WORK LOCATION: Full-time Work from Home Opportunity even after Pandemic.

- End to End Recruitment of IT profiles;

- Excellent English Communication Skills;

- Immediate Joiner would be prefered;

- Two Years Hardcore Experience in only IT Recruitemnt;

- Comfortbale for WORK FROM HOME on full time basis;

- 5 Days Working;

- Good Understanding of UX & UI concepts;
