Roles and Responsibilities

we have urgent opening for the position of " Executive Secretary positiowith leading Beveragescompanybased Vadodara/ Baroda corporate office.


Experince - 3+ years

Qualification - AnyGraduation
CTC - up to 4.25 LPA + Performance Bonus

Job Responsibilities:

  • Online despatches - Website - Prepaid and COD + Amazon + Flipkart + Health Kart + Counter Sale
  • Keeping Master sheet of online despatches
  • Keeping master sheet update with online sales returns
  • Reconciliation of Money received through razor pay and Watsapp
  • Coordination with Plant and Technical head for Inquiry of RM + PM + R & D Material (Searching of New Vendors)
  • Submitting monthly MIS to MD consist on line sale
  • Assisting MD inday today requirement
  • Coordinating globally for RM requirement
  • Inquiry of Exhibition (PAN India as well as globally) for FMCG (Water related) as and when required
  • Coordinating with Logistic partner as per Finance department's instruction
  • Getting rates/quotes for specific location
  • LR no for generating docs for pick up of expired materials
  • Sending material requisition for FG Required for HO / Offline sale
  • Passing Transporter's bills
  • Coordinating with new joiners on Issuance of Offer & Appointment letter, SIM Requirement
  • PF & ESIC details
  • Generating PR + PO + GIN + GRN in ERP (HO related item + POSM)
  • Bar code purchase and data of the usage of same
  • Third-Party website listing- Enquiring and getting the product/s listed on new upcoming and big e-commerce websites, maintaining the listing hygiene on the aggregator's website, and settling bills on weekly basis.
  • Keeping a check on the company certificates/licenses with their expiry dates and renewing them as and when required.
  • One point of contact for stock return management and accountability.
  • Team member administration: Help to onboard new team members, make sure that new joiners have what is needed to start moving, help team members with their needs, keep track of equipment and maintain their personal data.
  • Schedule meetings for the MD, book flight, hotels, venues for the management, and settle bills for the same.
  • Should be an expert in Excel and should have intermediate skills in other applications of MS office.
  • Assist Sales Head & Marketing head as and when required.
