Opening for Team Lead Talent acquisition
We have the following opening in our organization. We are IT staffing and placement organization with multiple offices in India as well as in US and Europe.
We need a Team Lead as per the details below:
Experience : 4-10Years
Location : Kolkata
Key Responsibilities:
Proficient in recruiting candidates from all levels Junior Level to Senior Level.
Should have worked with big clients
Experience of working with IT clients will be a plus.
Strong Team Management. Must have handled min 3-4 member team.
Client handling, Resume forwarding to client, following end to end recruitment cycle.
Target orientation.
Excellent communication, presentation, reporting and time management skills
Knowledge of ATS.
Experience of working with companies in consulting background.
