Job Description

Knowledge and experience in managing the release deployment activities, preferably using SAP Solution Manager (ChaRM) is desirable.
Functional/Technical proficiency with at least 1+ full life cycle SAP implementations with at least 1 S/4HANA implementation.
2+ year experience with various SAP Solution Manager 7.2 modules (Solution Manager 7.2 Focused Build, Project and Portfolio Management, Business Process Management and Modeling, Documentation Management, Test Suite Management, Change Control Management & Release Management)
Experience in setting up ChaRM (Change Request & Change Deliveries), process, Solution Documentation & new features of Solution Manager 7.2 for new system landscape and provide RUN support for the same.
Working knowledge in Installation, maintenance and housekeeping of SAP Solution Manager.
Working knowledge of end to end Software Development Life cycle (SDLC), ITIL and Release Management process.
Planning and Implementing Landscape Changes, Includes Business Process and Interface Monitoring.
Implemented end to end Early Watch Reports, Root Cause Analysis.Provide support for maintaining the configuration in Solution Manager.
Solution Manager 7.2 Documentation Management.
Assist with the development of Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) processes that are supported within the SAP Solution Manager environment covering areas such as Business Process Monitoring, Technical/Job Monitoring, Change Request Management, Solution Documentation, Operations Control Center, Custom Code Management, and Test Management.
