Azure Data Engineer @ Eygbs India

Job Description

Your key responsibilities

Need to work as a team member to contribute in various technical streams of Azure project.
Provide product and design level technical best practices
Interface and communicate with the onsite coordinators
Completion of assigned tasks on time and regular status reporting to the lead
Building a quality culture
Foster teamwork and lead by example
Training and mentoring of project resources
Participating in the organization-wide people initiatives
Skills and attributes for success

Knowledge and experience in Programming is a must - (Python / Scala / Java)
Experience with Microsoft Azure services like:
oAzure SQL
oAzure Databricks
oAzure Data factory
oAzure Synapse
oLogic apps/functions app
Should have good understanding and experience of software development best practices
Good understanding of Spark Framework(v2.5+), HDFS, Hadoop, Hive, Atlas and HDF
Experience in implementing real time streaming using Kafka, MQ, MiNiFi or other streaming technologies
Must have 4+ yrs hands on experience with creating process workflows (such as data ingestion, transformation.) using HDF or Core NiFi (1.9 and above)
Excellent programming knowledge in Python with integration to Spark (e.g. PySpark)
Experience in writing Java code to build custom processors in NiFi
Experience in setting up & configuring Azure Virtual Machines
Experience in performance optimization
