Job Description
SUMMARY
Good customer handling skills and basic knowledge in data centre technologies like Server/Storage/Network, working in a 24/7 environment.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Receiving customer calls and logging tickets in ITSM tool.
- Working in 24/7 environment, supporting enterprise customer DataCentre Technologies.
- Monitoring Infra monitoring tools, consoles, mailbox and ticketing in ITSM tool.
- Event management for the tickets, following up with internal teams, customers and vendors.
- Responsible in meeting resolution SLA.
- Prepare reports - daily/weekly/monthly reports.
- Follow up with customers to ensure issue has been resolved.
- Follow standard help desk procedures
- Routing calls / cases to respective teams - Skill based routing
Date: 12th march to 31st march(except Saturday and Sunday) Time slot between 10.00 AM to 3.00 PM
