As Software Engineering Manager (SEM) you will lead software development team(s) in delivering large and complex projects at the level of 'Delivery Manager'.

What you should have
- You will be the face of the YASH project team to the customer from the technical and functional side and as such collaborate with business, operations, and technology partners to deliver technical and business solutions to our customers.
- You will be expected to lead multiple parallel initiatives and a single thread technical delivery roadmap for large engagements.
- Experience 10+ years of hands-on Software Development experience 6+ years of application management/leadership experience with at least 3-4 years in leading delivery or large and/or complex projects.
- 4+ years of experience in leading initiatives based on cloud and digital technologies.
- Ability to analyze, propose and implement timely, cost-effective, quality solutions.
- Proven experience in developing, establishing, and applying architecture guiding principles, reference architectures, design patterns, frameworks, methodologies, standards, and implementation guidelines.
- Deep understanding of SDLC and software development methodologies.
- Strong influencing, negotiation, and, problem-solving skills with an ability to identify stakeholders, assess their needs, and manage their expectations through effective communication.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills required for composing and delivering technical presentations or other forms of documentation to various levels of technical and non-technical management.
- Experience in managing geographically dispersed teams Deep experience in one or more industry
What you should have
- Lead technical teams in delivering solutions that meet business budgets/timelines while ensuring alignment to strategic technology vision.
- Work closely with technology and business/product management to understand complex business requirements and identify the right architectural design.
- Work with Solution Architects / Technical.
- Leads to arrive at technical decisions in keeping with appropriate architectural design.
- Provide technical consulting and leadership, identifying and implementing new and/or proven uses of information technologies.
- Set up software engineering best practices, processes, and tools to ensure key aspects of delivery (quality, cost, and timeliness) are met.
- Manage development team(s) and associates who are responsible for all phases of the system development and implementation process including analysis, design, development, implementation, testing, and deployment.
- Manage day-to-day activities and influence team members to follow and support software engineering best practices.
- Attend release planning, sprint planning, release review, sprint reviews, and monthly review meetings.
- Identify the core technical skills gap in the delivery team and strategizes with Group Engineering
- Manager to address them Help team members in upgrading skills on cutting edge technologies
- Supervise and coach direct reports in the performance of their duties complete performance reviews and provide feedback to direct reports
