You are required to have skills in the following areas :
. Minimum 5 years proven experience in Project Management is must.
. Industry Standard Project Management Certification (PMP and PRINCE2 Practitioner) is preferred.
. Basic to advanced risk and quality management ability to manage the entire risk and quality management process is good to have.
. Effective in setting up a robust governance structure and building well defined roles and responsibilities for the project organization.
. Proficient in the use of Changepoint for managing project schedule and finance.
. Excellent understanding of technology, quality and standard processes.
. Able to communicate effectively with people at all levels.
. Successfully managed projects to completion within the agreed time and budget meeting customers & stakeholders acceptance criteria.
. Able to lead and promote the professional development of a project team.
. Communicates project status and all project issues transparently and effectively with all stakeholders.
. Promotes good client relations on a social and professional level.
. Is perceived to be problem-solving, decision-making and providing thought leadership.
. Able to apply effective influencing, negotiation and persuasion techniques.
. Continually applies organizational and coordination skills to progress the project in difficult and complex situations.
. Leads by example and maintains professional formality at all times.
. Able to accept criticism and handle difficult personnel problems.
