Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Ability to Update 3D model per preliminary GA drawing, Detail general arrangement drawings and fabrication drawings of tank and vessels
- Prepare Cleat location drawings (attached pipe supports, cable tray supports, instrument support, etc.)
- Should be able to do Piping Library / catalogue management
- Update model per actual project specific drawings
- Should be familiar on 30%, 60%, 90%, 100% Model review procedures
- Prepare Pipe Routing - skid & off-skid
- Prepare Skid General Arrangement Drawings per the project specifications, at a minimum containing overall dimension, anchoring details, earthing locations and details, piping and electrical tie points with tags and schedule, weights, COG, equipment tags, notes and tolerances
- Off-skid plan and elevation drawings with sections
- Should be able to perform Pipe Stress analysis
- Should be able to update piping 3D model per pipe stress analysis
- Create piping isometric drawings per project requirement with weld map identification on-skid & off-skid
- Prepare Field weld location identification and drawings On-skid (based on equipment/valve/instrument interface) & off-skid (x,y,z adjustments)
- Piping MTO on-skid & off-skid break-down From 30%, 60%, 90% and 100% model
- Piping interface / Termination point nozzle load calculations and report
- Piping and equipment nozzle load calculation and report
- Should have hands on experience on preparing Heat tracing layout for the entire plant
- Should have knowledge and exposure on Drainage philosophy, Drainage pipe network, Utility lines (Water, air, potable) network

Education & Experience
- B.E/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
- 8-10 years of experience in water domain projects
