Systems Integration Senior Analyst @ NTT Data

• Candidate should have 3-5 years of relevant experienceon IAM identity lifecycle, SailPoint, user provisioning, Active Directory, some Powershell and SQL knowledge, ServiceNow or other ticketing queue experience.
• Knowledged on manual and automatic certifications
• Onboarding Applications to Saiklpoint/Okta tools
• Experience working on correlations rules
• Knowledge on Privilege access management(CyberArk)
• Systems Administrator is responsible for supporting IAM solutions for the following; identity and access provisioning, authentication management and privilege access management. This role will be expected to make daily
• operational decisions with guidance from leadership and engineers.
• Day-to-day operations will involve ticket queue management and SLA adherence, routine on-call rotations for after-hours support, incident and request fulfillment, service level communications with customers (IT and Business), routine reporting tasks, ticket escalation to engineers as needed, Single-Sign On, Multi-Factor Authentication and Privilege Access Management product support and maintenance.
• Daily interaction with customers and leadership will require excellence in communication skills, both verbal and written.
