Job Description:

REQUIREMENTS: Preferred Languages : English & Hindi (Collection BFSI background).

One plus years of collection experience, preferably in BFSI.
Strong knowledge in Outbound process.

Job profile

Performs Call Monitoring & provides Feedback on observations
Strong Data Analytical thinking, Should be able to perform Audit, analysis & Process level initiatives.
Prepares basic Quality Reports (Daily Quality Dashboard , Call calibration, Hygiene audit , BQ performance etc.)
