Job Description
Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum of 3- Maximum 5 Years in to end to end System Administration experience
- Hands on Exposure with Windows Server Administration, Upgrades, and Installations
- Strong Knowledge of Power Shell scripting.
- Experience in to ITSM life cycle (Service Request, Incident, Major Incident Management, RCA, Problem & Change) and the corresponding Processes.
- SSL Certification creation, Renewal, and recycling.
- Code Deployment, Application Patching / Upgrades
- Webapp Maintenance Config files
- IIS Administration
- Decommissioning of Applications
- Applications issues handling and SME for Troubleshooting
- Experience optimizing server building operations, or failover scenarios (automation)
- Extensive knowledge of
- Experience with Active Directory, basic network and Storage related configurations and Troubleshooting
- Exposure to Technical Scoping, SOP, Tech Documents Derivation, Create/Maintained Knowledge Repositories.
- Flexibility in working hours in line with different time zones and project deadlines.
- Excellent communication, Process centricity and documentation skills
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple and concurrent tasks.
- Strong hands-on exposure with Microsoft server products
- Experience in to implanting Tech/Process Based Optimizations, Best Practices and Process Standardization
- System Architectural Understanding
- Experience automating, scripting, and streamlining processes for efficiency and accuracy
- Familiarity with SFTP and Industry standard Products as well as Best Practices.
- Conducting performance tuning, baselining. Forecasting system performance & managing configurations
- Exceptional collaboration skills with exposure into Global work environment spread across multiple Global Geographies, Support Teams and Development Teams to ensure customer satisfaction
