Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Responsible for end to end process of recruitment with our clients.

Understand the client requirements and accordingly execute a search plan for identifying potential candidates to fit the requirement.
Source candidates using multiple sourcing channels
Effective Sourcing and Screening of candidates profile to evaluate role fitment
Build and strengthen candidate relationships.
Manage scheduling interviews and coordination related activities in the entire recruitment
Take ownership for the end-to-end recruitment life cycle.

Desired Candidate Profile

An out-of-the-box thinker
An experienced Recruiter who has previously worked for IT consulting/Staffing companies
Good command in verbal and written communication skills.
Good in Relationship management with clients/vendors and consultants.
Should be highly adaptable to new technologies and business environment
