Roles and Responsibilities
Responsible for end to end process of recruitment with our clients.
- Understand the client requirements and accordingly execute a search plan for identifying potential candidates to fit the requirement.
- Source candidates using multiple sourcing channels
- Effective Sourcing and Screening of candidates profile to evaluate role fitment
- Build and strengthen candidate relationships.
- Manage scheduling interviews and coordination related activities in the entire recruitment
- Take ownership for the end-to-end recruitment life cycle.
Desired Candidate Profile
- An out-of-the-box thinker
- An experienced Recruiter who has previously worked for IT consulting/Staffing companies
- Good command in verbal and written communication skills.
- Good in Relationship management with clients/vendors and consultants.
- Should be highly adaptable to new technologies and business environment
