Urgent hiring For Inwarding Executive in warehouse

Job Responsibilities

• Ownership for the end-to-end execution of inwarding (GRN) processes at a pod level for all perishable/non-

perishable SKUs.

• Work closely with pod operations and procurement teams to drive process adherence and meet inwarding

turn-around-time targets.

• Responsible for supplier wise weekly/monthly reconciliation of the GRNs with the finance teams to enable

timely payout.

• Build ad-hoc reports to analyze pod/supplier wise discrepancies and implement POA on the same.
• Help in analysis on availability of critical SKUs from an inwarding time and process point of view.

Desired skills

• Working knowledge of Excel/google sheets.
• Good interpersonal & communication skills. Should be proficient in English. Knowledge of regional

languages is a plus.

• Should be a team player & proactive in taking up ad-hoc tasks apart from daily roster.
• 6month -2 years of prior experience in procurement / purchase / operations.
