Hi Folks,

Agreeya is Hiring Domestic Staffing Recruiters at all levels .

Role: IT Recruiter/Sr. Recruiter

Experience Level: 3 to 7 Years

Location: Noida

Shift Time: 12 PM till 9 PM IST

Roles and Responsibilities

Source candidates with the right skill sets to match the requirements of PAN India clients.
Should understand the requirement in depth to ensure quality sourcing and recruiting on portals like Naukri, Monster, Shine , Timesjob etc.
Should ensure to revert/submit profiles with quick turnaround time for timely submissions to meet sharp deadlines of submission for each requisition.
Must have understanding of Domestic staffing hiring process (for Contract & full-time positions).
Make use of effective resourcing strategies, such as head hunting, Internet sourcing on LinkedIn, networking, employee referrals.
Must have experience on full Life Cycle of Recruiting (screening resumes, interviewing, technical queries & interviews, the closing of candidates and responsibilities till joining of candidates)
Ability to prioritize multiple functions, tasks and manage work time efficiently.
Ideal candidate would possess high energy, be highly motivated and self-directed

Desired Candidate Profile
Education Qualification: Any graduate Degree or any masters degree
Experience: Any experience 3+ years in Domestic Staffing
Technical Skills: Good understanding of technologies to make Boolean Search
