- Work directly with the customers to analyze the business problem and propose a suitable technical solution within given budget and timelines
- Assist the PM/ PL in developing the project plan by estimating the user stories defined And planning the sprints
- Writing reusable, testable, and efficient code
- Provide technical assistance to the team members of the project and mentoring the team members
- Provide solutions to technical issues and responsible for meeting development schedules
- Conduct reviews on UI, Code and all aspects of engineering cycle
- Development, Continuous Integration and coding practices through the development cycles
Must Have Skills:
- Excellent ES6, JavaScript, Angular, React, Node, MongoDB experience for at least 2 years
- Should have experience in defining architecture of enterprise applications
- Earlier experience in Java, PHP, Python, etc. is acceptable
- Experience in leading a development team following Agile methodology
- Understanding of REST Architecture & implementing the RESTful APIs/Webservices
- Experience in mobile app especially with hybrid framework like react native is an advantage
- Good communication skills
- Dynamic personality
