Must have: TIBCO/IBM/Oracle either Analytics/Data Management/Integration experience, Support, and OEM Management
Must be Assertive, high EQ, and able to handle uncertainty and bureaucracy. Should be a people person with high communication skills. Methodical and organized.

Job Description
- Experience in managing multiple clients and a global client base with strong knowledge of Agile, Waterfall & SCRUM processes.
- Experience in Project planning, execution, monitoring/control, and closure of projects.
- Maintains formal project tracking utilizing various tools and proactively communicates, manages, and resolves project issues and risks.
- Controlling and monitoring the project scope, cost, time, and quality.
- As Project Manager, you will closely collaborate with customers, development, and internal colleagues to meet the right requirements and managing different projects both short & long term.
- Handling client communication and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Experience in managing change requests and prioritization in a fast-changing environment.
- Ensure that projects are completed with the highest quality, and on time and within scope.
- Tracking project status with the development team.
- Proficient in managing cross-functional teams/projects.
- Responsible for identifying, monitoring, and responding to risks.
- Conducting internal meetings with the team leaders and members of the project.
- Conducting meetings with the clients regularly to maintain the best customer relationship.
- Develop best practices and tools for project execution and management.
Note:Look for people who are strong in Project management and who can understand Technology (Techno-functional Project manager)
