Responsibilities:

1. Handling all the Branch Activities.

2. Managing Salesof all products, services, and operations (Equity,Mutual Fund,Bond, Fds,Life Insurance,GeneralInsurance, and Franchisee development)

3. Business Development and revenue generation through Life Insurance, Demat , Broking and third party products.

4. Managing, Training, and Developing the branchsalesand operational team.

5. Strategizing and implementing policies to increasesales and profitability.

6. Coordination with the head office.

7. Advising HNI s and retailers on their long-term and short-term investments.
