*Responsible for providing phone, chat & email based call / ticket logging , ticket assignment, maintain ticket status & SLA management. Daily reporting of tickets.
*Responsible for overall Helpdesk Management
*Maintain Asset Data

*Ability to utilize the applications for Microsoft Office for support, reporting & documentation.
