Mechanical Design Engineer

This Co-op position is based in our Woodbridge, ON office, working alongside a strong R&D team to help design and build new scientific instruments for our organization.
Basic parametric CAD experience (Solidworks preferred)
Basic knowledge or past experience with mechanical design
Some knowledge of iso drafting standards and practices
Creative and willingness to learn
Benefit but not required:
Experience with FEA for structural/strength analysis, fluid and thermodynamics
Knowledge of heat transfer fundamentals
Knowledge of strength of materials and material compatibility
