Job Description
Dear Candidate,
We have an urgent Opening for TL Planning with one of our reputed Engineering Industry for Bihar location .
Work location: Sasaram (Bihar)
Work Experience: 6-9yrs
JOb Responsibilities:
- Candidate should having experience in highways /expressways/roads projects.
- Prepare, maintain and up-date detailed works planning / programme.
- Prepare the project planned documents including resources planning, equipment planning, detailed work plans, project cashflows etc.
- Prepare monthly progress report/daily reports for internal and external purposes.
- Monitor and report design review progress of Client.
- Review drawings issued by clients and ensure materials indents are raised in a timely manner.
- Ensure Resources planning and regular updating.
- Prepare programme and other detailed information necessary for substantiating claims and provision with regards to planning and programming to the commercial department.
- Based on the monthly targets provide daily work targets to the site construction heads.
- Carry out rate analysis for ongoing works.
- Coordinate and liaison with section managers to update the Detailed Works Programme.
- Coordinate and liaison with subcontractors and authorities in relation to planning and programming matters.
- Liaison with Construction Managers and site team to ensure interface issues are identified and dealt with in a timely manner.
