All of the above tasks can be made easier only if you get familiarized with customer
support software. As a CSR agent, you should be able to quickly pick up the functionalities
of the helpdesk and resolve customer problems in a more streamlined manner.
Desired Candidate Profile
Any graduate or Post Graduate candidates from any international BPO/ITES background can apply.
Ability to honor deadlines, Being the face of your company, your support should be able to honor the companys SLAs and ensure all assigned tickets are resolved well within the deadline.
Flexible for rotational shift, having known that your client base is from US you should be comfortable doing night /US shift.
Immediate joining would be an added advantage.
You should be convenient with both Work from home and at office.
