Hexaware is hiring Talented professionals with Inside sales /lead generation expertise for North America Geo .
Work Location - Navi Mumbai Working Hours - US Shifts - Max till 2pm 
Responsibilities:

• Primary role is to generated qualified leads and opportunities from the defined list of accounts
• Inside sales/demand generation Qualify the leads as per the set criteria
• Account based marketing approach for upselling and cross selling BPO Services
• Support the US sales members in the sales cycle
• Research on industry trends, right party contacts and gather competitive intelligence
• Email campaigns through LinkedIn and other communication channels
• Build relations with CXO community of the target accounts
• Promote company services and awareness through email marketing and tele calling
• He/she will have leads/opportunity target per month

Requirements - 

•  Total between 5-10 yrs experience .
•  We need min 2 years expertise in inside sales .
•  Should have handled North America geo.
•  BPO exp must
• Experience selling Customer service / Contact center services
• Experience building relationship on LinkedIn
• Ready to work in US Shifts
• Good communication skills; understand US accents and able to converse with the prospects
•  Able to work in a team environment
