- 2 to 5 years in End to End recruitment.
- Professional experience as a recruiter in the Aerospace & Automotive industry
- Recruitment Experts in Aerospace, Manufacturing and Engineering
- Proactively source candidates via, Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, head hunting, internal networking, company careers page
- Hiring Experience , manufacturing, mechanical design and engineering requirements from Aerospace
- Experience is working in Engineering Services will be an added advantage
- Ensuring effective candidate management (Applicant screening, Pre-qualification by telephone etc.)
- Work with senior stakeholders for co-creating campus strategy and take accountability of implementation
- Ability to multi-task, handle work pressure, deal with ambiguity
Experience: 2 - 5 Years
Job Location: Bangalore
Contract : 6 Months and Extendable
