About the Role
The Technical Leader Software tester devises the test strategy and approach that is appropriate for the respective development model. The Technical Leader Software testing is responsible to build and maintain quality standards as well as enforcing technical and testing standard.

Primary:

• Responsible for testing risk mitigation by devising plans and timely escalations.
• Develops and maintains test cases, test scripts, and test databases.
• Manage tasks to ensure timely and effective project completion according to the project plan.
• Participates in feature development from concept to design to construction to drive quality into the software application.
• Execute testing of client applications (Mobile Apps, Website and Dashboard) across multiple environment stacks.
• Closely works with delivery and functional teams and implements ongoing quality improvement processes.
  

Secondary:

• To develop and guide the team members in enhancing their technical capabilities and increasing productivity.
• Manage tasks to ensure timely and effective project completion according to the project plan.
• Conducts internal audit for ensuring process compliance with the regulatory standards.
• Retain, train, develop and direct a team of functional leaders reporting to oversee each of their specific areas of responsibility to achieve organization goals, Performance management and Hiring decisions.
