To understand business requirements, and deliver features with high quality and speed
To develop, test, and operate inlarge scalemobilepaymentsystems and act as a paymentsservice provider.
Perform with Sense of Ownership to maximize the output while keeping a high bar for User Experience, security, availability
High attention to details and proven ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
You Built-it, test-it, own-it mentalityConsistently demonstrate a positive attitude and seek to exceed expectations and 'Get Things Done'
Develop elegant, modular and maintainable solutions. Document all design, operations steps for knowledge sharing purposes.Minimum Qualifications
5+ years experiencein development of distributed/scalable systems and high-volume transaction applicationsin FinTech domainStrong technical foundations and problem-solving skills
Technologies Java, JEE,EJB, JPA,Web Services (SOAP, REST), Spring Framework, Microservices
Deployment of applications using Glassfish, Payara, WebLogic or similar server
Experience in building, deploying and managing applications with exposure to automation and monitoring systems
Experience working in distributed Agile development teamsPreferred QualificationsDesign and development experience in applications for mobile payments
Experience with CI/CDtools such as GitLab, Jenkins etc.
Experience mentoring junior engineers on development, code review, project planning
Experience in migration from monolith to microservices system
