Job Description
Primary Responsibilities:
Improve data processing speed by building SQL automations and tweak SQL Queries for best performance
Make sure the team delivers reports as per the requirements
Restrict data for particular users with the help of User filters
Produce support documentation and keep existing documentation up-to-date
Carry out investigation of root cause analysis
Transform written technical specifications into code. Generate triggers, procedures, functions and packages utilizing Oracle, SQL and PL/SQL
Upgrade, configure and debug existing systems and providing technical support for web/window applications
Investigate and develop skills in new technologies
Ensure that test plans are developed and executed in validation of system requirements
Develop efficient and maintainable software that meets business user requirements
Code and test on large scale SQL Server back-end database applications
Develop innovative approaches on performance optimization and automation
Handle Onshore/Offshore model
Required Qualifications:
At least 6 years of strong experience in designing dashboards with the use of visualization tools like Tableau and use SQL for managing large volume of data
Minimum 6 years of experience in Tableau and Microsoft SQL Server
Skilled at optimizing large complicated SQL statements
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Ability to identify system changes and verify that technical system specifications meet the business requirements
Collaborative, team player with strong work ethic and service-mentality
