Job Description

Need a General Manager for ISP/Telecom industry
Exp- 15 to 25years
Salary - 18-20 LPA
Qualification - BCA/MCA, B.Tech/M.Tech in Electronics & Telecommunication
JD-
1-Should have at least 15+ years of experience , preferably from ISP background with strong technical background.
2-Should have experience of handling NOC (Network Operation Center).
3-Planning, designing and implementation of POP.
4-Knowledge of troubleshooting the circuits by following the Last Mile Connectivity and Hardware Involved in the Last mile.
5-Capability to create redundancy
6-Ability to train and handle the team
7-Ability to program switches, create VLANs, ACLs etc
8-Should be able to suggest modifications in the network or help us with tools to buy for monitoring.
9-Knowledge of troubleshooting the circuits by following the Last Mile Connectivity and Hardware Involved in the Last mile.
10-Hands on experience on juniper, Cisco, Huawei switches. if possible volktek as well.
11-Driving Customer complaints pertaining to outage
12-Comprehensive understanding of various WAN & LAN technologies .
13-Ability to complete the work within the predetermined deadline (SLA) independently.
14-Providing extensive service, support and on site instruction to field engineers.
15-Should have hands on experience on MPLS.
