Job Description
Lead, empower, develop, and grow a diverse, collaborative team of software engineers.
Drive the overall execution of development with hands-on leadership in driving design sessions, architectural choices and implementation.
Lead and participate in system architecture discussions, code reviews and provide feedback.
Work cross-functionally with a range of business functions, customers, and technical partners to balance business means with team resources.
Serve as technical evangelist to communicate across technical and non-technical personnel at all levels.
Lead development of proof of concepts and evaluation of new technologies.
Fosters a culture that embraces innovating for impact and continuous improvement.
Drives and enables Growth and development of Staff
Background and Skills:
Demonstrated ability to lead individual and team development and performance management. Must be comfortable assessing, coaching and providing feedback in a way that builds mutual trust and respect.
Proven ability to lead in leading cross functional product development teams, including aligning software, firmware and hardware efforts.
Ability to articulate architectural decisions and roadmaps at an implementation level.
Excellent technical understanding and experience with application or solution development using C#. Understanding Cloud based systems is a value addition.
Excellent at leading teams in an Agile environment.
Excellent communication skills written, verbal and presentation.
Proven ability to work collaboratively and be a self-starter in a rapidly changing environment.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor s degree in Electronics & Communications Engineering.
5+ years of experience managing team and software delivery in an engaging environment.
