Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manages the Ensono Disaster Recovery Team
• Leads others and/or established as Product SME and/or established as specialist to
  Understands how whole picture aligns to overall Ensono strategy
• Maintains assigned accounts to meet Ensono
• Augments and supports senior members of team on projects and Disaster Recover Service activities
• Accountable for all Disaster Recovery projects and meet project deliverables
• Expertise in utilization of Disaster Recovery tools, processes, procedures and standards
• Oversee DR Plan Development
• Arguments Exercise Support
• Oversee Plan Maintenance
• Develops Business Impact Analysis
• Supports Ensono Company Audits
• Manges and develops metrics: data collection and reporting
• Performs clerical functions pertaining Disaster Recovery Services provided by Ensono.
• Provides mentorship to Disaster Recovery professionals
• Maintains quality account documentation for all accounts using unit and corporate standards
• Maintains knowledge of Disaster Recovery industry best practices
  Stays current with industry trends and certifications
• Leads and Promotes Disaster Recovery Services within Ensono

Desired Candidate Profile

Excellent communication skills

Minimum CBCP certification
Successful management of assigned accounts and attainment and maintenance of CFCP or CBCP industry certification.

Strong reporting skills using various tools and technologies.
