Experience: 7 yrs plus ( Purely in Training and Development)
Responsibilities :
Leading Leaning & Development function
Conceptualize and standardize training curriculum
Capture TNI
Introduce Instruction design elements into the training content creation and delivery methods
Introduce methods of conducting training needs analysis and then formulating a training plan to ensure the current requirements are met first on priority
Provide the organization the business needs for a learning management system and its importance
Organizational, Technical & behavioral training to be aligned on the basis of organizational vision & values, technical skill basis skill matrix and behavioral training basis skill matrix & competencies.
Facilitated Leadership Development for Middle Management and Senior Management.
Designed and rolled out a robust Induction Program for new joiners.
