Billing & Contract Engineer (Real estate) @ Lodha Group

Job Description

• Role & Responsibilities:

• Preparations of contract documents like, Letter of Intent (LOI), Contract Recommendation sheet, Work orders, Variation orders, Contract Closure sheet etc.
• Floating tenders to the bidders, arranging Pre-Bid, follow-up for quotations & solving queries regarding tender.
  
• Preparation of contractors bills in ERP system: Checking of measurements for all activities on site (for item rate contracts).
  
• Preparation of Running Account (RA Bills) & final bills as per rate and terms and conditions agreed in work order. Checking of completion stage mention in RCC payment schedule before finalize RA bills. Preparing of Abstract of bills in Microsoft Excel & Bills process in ERP.
  
• Preparation of Work Order in ERP System along with all general and technical specification, terms & conditions of contract agreement, BOQ and maintaining contractual correspondence with the contractors/vendors pertaining to concerns such as slow progress of work, non-performance, delay, etc.
  
• Preparation of Service Indent in ERP system by making proper BOQ of new work which will execute on site. Taking off all quantities which require for preparation of service indent & allocation of budgeted amount to all service indents.
  
• Estimation of quantities for Material indent : Estimation of all material quantities (Civil + Finishing) & raise material indent in ERP system & also checking of material cost as per budget.
  
• Preparation of service indent & allocation of budgeted amount to all service indents.
  
• Preparation of Cost Monitoring Report (CMR) on every month.
