location.

Post: Customer Care Executive/Customer Support Executive (Work From Home)

Process:- Blended process (Voice Process)

Salary: fresher 14500 CTC and 11256 take home

experience 18000 CTC and 14153 take home (must have a minimum of 1 year)

Eligibility Criteria:-

Mandatory:- Hindi And English.

Computer, windows 10 and 100 Mbps broadband connection mandate.

1. Need to have empathetic ear and good communication skill.
2. Fresher / Experienced
3. Qualification - 12th and graduates can apply

Responsibilities and Duties:-

• Strong Phone Contact Handling Skills & Active Listening
• Some Experience as Client Service Executive
• Answers Calls Courteously & Professionally
• Provides Information about Products and Services
• Updates the CRM Accurately
• Timely Revert To Customers without any Missing Information
• Good negotiating and convincing skills .
