Roles and Responsibilities

  • Excellent understating of IT Skills, Technologies
  • Should have hands-on exposure working on job boards such as Naukri, LinkedIn & other headhunting techniques.
  • Candidates should be extremely motivated self-starter with ability to multi task and prioritize.
  • Timely submission of resumes as per the position budget and negotiating & finalizing salary accordingly.
  • Build active pipeline of candidates for current and future pipeline
  • Ability to multitask and handle constructive Work pressure, especially in peak hiring periods
  • Should maintain and update all MIS related to recruitment.
  • Ensure recruitment Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met as mutually agreed with TL/Manager.
  • Should be smart & aggressive with solid negotiation and closing skills.
  • Stakeholder Management- Candidate, Hiring Managers and Panels.
