- Ensure seamless execution of HR services support extended to Williams Lea America employees, which includes onboarding, end to end employee life cycle management, payroll payment processing / validations, exit process management, benefits administration etc
- 100% adherence to the agreed HR operational processes from time to time
- Identify and spearhead various Process Improvement projects which can be effectively implemented
- Conduct RCA for the service issues and suggest controls to eliminate instances of such errors in future
- Understand the time and attendance system , policies/federal laws around time and attendance system and assist the employees/managers/HRBPs with their queries
- Conduct periodic audits to ensure that process is being followed as defined. Also to ensure the team is following the operational controls
- Create and present team s performance report to onshore and offshore management teams
- Identify developmental needs in the team members and create succession plan.
