Position: Phone Banking Officer
Languages: Excellent communication in Hindi, English and Telugu
Location: Hyderabad
Qualification: Any Full Time Graduation
Experience: Fresher to 3 years
Week off: One rotational Weekly off
Job Description:
Identifying, Handling Customer queries as per Bank Lombard on call/ chat or mail
Documenting/Recording transactions
Understanding multiple products and process
Explain about health insurance and loans to the customers(Inbound & Outbound)
