Control and monitoring of all commercial aspects of plant comprising

Contracts
ARCs
Purchase order approval
Work order approval
Labour contracts
Freight payments and negotiations
Fuel cost and agreements
All other long-term and short-term agreements

Control and monitoring of cost operations- stage wise
Formulation of all important MIS related to cost and control.
Monitoring and control of payroll cost.
Training and development of team.
Monitoring of performance of all team members, motivation of the team.
Identification and execution of L&D needs.
