Job Description

• Identify prospective factories in India, Bangladesh, China for manufacturing of the Companies apparel products design direction will be provided by company in the form of techpacks
• Manage pre-production, during and post production merchandising/followups with prospective partners
• Manage extensive job-working efforts with new external factories here some or all of the trims/accessories, fabrics will be provided by the organization - mostly work with factories in NCR on this front
• Liaise with various prospective and on-going organizations with regards to Costings, Order Follow ups, TnA management, and all commercial aspects
• Be responsible to deliver as per quality parameters and expectation of the company separate dedicated QC will be provided to assist in the process
• Travel extensively to identify raw material suppliers, factories, to augment design and product development efforts at the company

• At least 5-7 years of experience in Sourcing for an apparel brand across all product categories - knits, wovens winter and summer products - experience in kids wear will be preferred but not mandatory
• Educational Qualification: Apparel production from a leading fashion institute, NIFT and PEARL will be preferred
