- OOPS concepts
- Data structures
- Collections
- Possess basic Knowledge of coding languages (Java/JSON scripting/C#), databases(COSMOS DB, SQL server)
- Familiar with Agile Methodology
- A quantitative approach to analyzing data
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Creativity to solve complex problems
- Resourcefulness and troubleshooting aptitude
- Ability to work with a multi-disciplinary team in an egalitarian management environment
- Understanding of the Contract Life-cycle Management (CLM) industry would be an added advantage
Academics :

- Any Technical Graduate and/or Post Graduation in Computers

- Developing technical solutions to business problems (beginning with defining, designing, analyzing and documenting requirements)
- Developing Objects, Terms, Templates, Contract Language as per the Client Requirement
- Understanding the end-to-end implementation and providing technical/functional support
- Proposing solutions and strategies to business challenges
- Collaborating with cross functional teams for delivering targets
- Managing outages, customer escalations, crisis management and other similar circumstances
