Job Description

Job Profile-

Monitoring the statutory compliances under various Labour Laws .
Monitoring all registers as per Factories Act Rules.
General Administrations, Industrial Relation.
Dealing with Govt. authorities of F&B, P. F, ESIC, Labour Dept. JVVNL, BSNL, Pollution Board.
Maintenance of P . F & E S I. , Factory act, Labour act, records.
Manpower budgeting/ Planning.
Looking after contract labour & its legal compliances.
Maintenance of personnel records of performance, absenteeism & indiscipline etc.
Plant Responsibilities of all HR activities.
