Job Designation : Associate and Senior Associate
Job Description : Interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests about products and services, upsell products and services, follow standard processes and procedures. Redirect problems to appropriate resources.
Qualifications: PUC (12th)/Diploma/Undergraduates/BE /BTech and Graduates from any stream are eligible to apply. Fresher & candidates with prior relevant (BPO) and non-relevant (other domain) experience are eligible to apply. Master Graduates should have at least 1 year experience in BPO sector.
Salary Range: INR 2,83,000 - 3,50,000 P.A (15,000 - 20,000) Take Home Salary)
Shifts: Rotational Shifts (Primarily Night Shifts and 5 days Working )
