Urgent Opening for Project Manager
Location - Navi Mumbai
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Must be a techno-functional Project Manager
- Must have sound knowledge and experience in the banking and finance domain or product-based company.
- Must have experience of working in SQL, ASP.Net, MVC, C#, JQuery
- Must have detailed experience in planning using the Microsoft Project Planning Tool (MPP).
- Must have detailed experience in Function Point and Experienced-based Estimation methodologies.
- Must be able to write SRS based on UML or Story / Scenario-based approach.
- Must have detailed experience in metrication based on CMMi guidelines.
- To provide an efficient and cost-effective IT delivery to customers/clients, which is continuously responsive to changing business and user requirements.
- Develop and execute activities related to end-to-end project management, including project planning, estimating, budgeting, and scoping the requirements through implementation and deployment, delivering to required cost, quality, and scope, defined milestones, dependencies, and assumptions
- Take full ownership and lead projects and teams through all stages of the software delivery lifecycle
- Solution Approach and Delivery for Customer Problem Statement or Needs
- Proactively monitor, manage and report on execution of deliverables.
- Responsible for reviewing software requirements gathering process and ensuring client sign off on requirements
- Direct and control all work performed within the framework of the
- Analyze the difference between project requirements and change requests and raise change requests appropriately.
- Own Customer Experience (CSAT), People Satisfaction
- Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs
- Responsible for ensuring that appropriate resource control is exercised.
- Project evaluations and assessment of results
Essential Attributes
- Good blend of technical skills and business acumen
- Excellent delivery management skills and ability to execute multiple projects
- Understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies is a must
- Ability to step into challenging projects, formalize a remediation plan and be hands-on
- Natural leadership, with the ability to motivate teams and manage stakeholders
- Ability to respond to changing priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Enthusiastic approach for driving organizational change
- A technical background, ideally in development (like ASP.NET, MVC, SQL, etc.)
- Project Management Skills
Qualifications BE/ BTech/MCA
Desired Experience Level 12 to 20 yrs of relevant experience in Banking Domain or product development based company is a must
