Job description :- Position: ESG- Presales-Manager/Senior Manager
Experience: 10+ Years in experience in delivering testing services.
Prior experience working with Testing Services Company or working with Testing Service Unit in IT services company is mandatory
What is expected out of you? - Own Pre-Sales and Proposals
- Drive demos and POCs
- Contribute towards creation, review & submissions of RFP, RFI, Proposals, SoW, Capability decks, Case Studies, Debriefing decks, Questionnaires for all pursuits across various domains
- Work with Sales Team for opportunity to closure process
- Drive GTM strategies for their respective BUs in taking products and services to existing and new customerso Marketing
- o In-side Sales
- o Webinars (Internal & External)
- o Content (PPTs, Collaterals & Case Studies)
- Provide thought leadership, critical insights, ideas for Analytic solutions, recommending campaigns for Lead Generation for account mining and new business development.
- Enhance the overall customer experience taking into account various aspects of the value proposition such as the quality of the product/services and pricing
- Be direct advisory for customers in driving transformations
- Act as a thought leader and trusted advisor, effectively influences difficult decisions at the leadership-level of customer organizations
- Create new solution sets based on assessment of industry needs, market demands and knowledge of competitive offerings.
What should you possess?
1. Graduate degree in Engineering.
2. Overall 10+ years of IT experience
3. In-depth knowledge and working experience on latest technologies of Testing
4. Rich experience in Presales & Proposal, Drive the demos and solution engineering
5. Should have experience in engaging the customers at multi-dimensional level
6. Strong experience working with sales team for opportunity to closure process
7. Possess good presentations skills experience
8. Have the capability to drive webinars (Internal & External) independently
9. Should have the ability to create confidence in customers
10. Strong experience in customer communications
11. Strong influencing and negotiation skills.
12. Ability to travel as per the business need.
