Greetings from Tech Mahindra !!! We have opening for Associate/Sr Associate - International Voice Support (Customer Service / Sales & Retention)

Job Location: MUMBAI

Education Criteria: 10th (with 1-year BPO Experience) / 12th & Any Graduate (Fresher / Experience).

Experienced: Minimum 6 months Experience in SALES or Customer Support (preferably).

Shift Timings: 24*7 Shift (Rotational)
5-Days Working

Salary: 2.5 LPA to 3.75 LPA (Basis Experience & Last CTC) Immediate Joining (within a week)

Two way Cab Facility available (Pick-Up & Drop) Key Skills Required:
- Proficient in English
- Persuasive and a good negotiator
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with appropriate priority while performing customer service.
- High on Customer Centricity
- Strong soft skills
- Strong logical reasoning & probing capability
