Job Role : Associate/Sr Associate - International Voice Support (Customer Service)
Education Criteria: 10th (with 1-year BPO voice Experience) / 12th & Any Graduate (Fresher / Experience).
Experienced : Minimum 6 months Experience in Customer Support (preferably).
Shift Timings : 24*7 Shift (Rotational)
5-Days Working
2.5 LPA to 3.7 LPA (Basis Experience & Last CTC) Immediate Joining (within a week)
Both sided Cab (Pick-Up & Drop)
Key Skills Required: - Proficient in English
- Persuasive and a good negotiator
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with appropriate priority while performing customer service.
