Job Description:
We are looking for graduates or postgraduates with excellent written communications skills. We prefer candidates who have written blogs etc in college, participated in extracurricular activities specially debates, have done some content development or have prepared for civil services, military or banks officers level competitions after graduation.
We have a great training program where we will teach you everything else that you may need to have a great career in Sales, Marketing or Business development. After 2 to 3 weeks of training, you start as a Sales Process Executive with a starting salary of 25K to 35K a month depending on your skills level.
Our incentives structure and growth opportunities are unparalleled in Bangalore. If you are selected and do your work diligently, you will be on your way to earn 50 to 60K a month total in 9 months to a year and about 1 lakh a month in your 3rd year with us.
We have been in Bangalore for about 20 years, we have about 1000 employees here. It's not a BPO job.
Our interview process consists of a written test and face to face interview.
