Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities -

 1.Complete Ownership on Communications in a Customer Journey (transactional) - Develop write and edit communications including emails notifications content on the screens along-with communication mapping.

2.Raise User Stories for communication and any rectifications or gaps identified. Participate in functionality testing and user acceptance testing for new enhancements/development

3.Engagement with Business COE Service teams Ops PMO Ops IT other stakeholders (External internal)

4.Change in process new process additions in the journey - Mapping it from a communication perspective

5.Mapping communications to CRM/C360 for the front-end teams to view. Responsible for scheduling and sending messages to various teams customers processes etc.

6.Improvements identified and agree changes in the journey by colluding with the business customer service experience team.

7.Issues/ Changes identified during journey mapping/ hindsighting or raised by business COE communication team to take complete ownership right from raising request for correction till closure. In the journey if reports need to be created the same should alos be implemented

8.Ability to understand business issues and devise communications solutions that deliver results constructing fresh approaches where appropriate and making connections to other issues

9.Monitor Designed and agreed control charts and KPI s. Highlight issues on priority work/guide teams to resolve with least impact

10.Develop and execute creative strategies for communicating

11.Be an active part of all migrations and table changes from a communication perspective.



EXPERIENCE Seek for Fresher Graduates with 0 to 1 yrs experience. Working knowledge of MS Office applications Good communication skills Interest in communication, content and PMO taskAPTITUDE Customer focus with solid interpersonal and communication skill
